What Avert AI collects, why it collects it, who it reaches, and how to have it deleted.

Avert AI is not a medical device, and it does not replace emergency services. In a real emergency, call your local emergency number directly.
Guidance from the in-app assistant is general information, not a diagnosis or medical advice.
Avert AI is operated by the individual developer who publishes it on Google Play and the App Store. Any privacy question, correction, or deletion request goes to the address at the end of this page, and is answered directly.
Everything below is collected because a specific feature needs it. Nothing is gathered speculatively, and nothing is collected in the background for profiling.

Avert AI does not read your contacts, does not track you across other apps or websites, and carries no advertising and no advertising identifiers.
Your data is never sold, rented, or handed to advertisers or data brokers.
When you create an account you are asked to agree to this policy, our Terms of Service, and Avert AI storing your health information to keep you safe. Health information is only collected with that agreement. You can withdraw it at any time by deleting your account, as described below.
Avert AI is available in more than one country. Your data is stored and processed on the infrastructure of the services listed above, which may be located outside the country you live in. It is protected the same way wherever it is held.
Data travels over encrypted HTTPS and is stored on Supabase's managed infrastructure. Row-level security rules mean you can read your own records, and a family member can read yours only while an active link between you exists. Linking someone gives them access to the data listed above; removing the link ends it immediately. Photos and medical documents sit in private storage and are served through short-lived signed links rather than public URLs.
Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. Inside the app you can delete individual items as you go — messages, whole conversations, medical entries, and documents.
To delete the account itself and everything attached to it, open Profile › Delete Account in the app. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
If you no longer have the app installed, email the address below from the account's own email address instead and the account will be deleted within 30 days. Either route removes the same data, listed in full on the account deletion page.
Avert AI is not directed at children under 13, and sign-up is blocked for anyone whose date of birth shows they are under 13. A minor may be covered as an at-risk person only through a parent or guardian who manages the account.
Each is requested only when you first use the feature behind it. Any of them can be declined or later revoked in your phone's settings, and the rest of the app carries on working without it.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with it and the revised version is published at this address.
